Alisha was born in Florida on July 14, 1989. Her first acting role was in the 2008 movie Murder on Her Mind. The decade of 2010 saw she pursued full-time acting and made her acting debut with Just Before I go (2014). The TV role she played was a one-episode appearances on Criminal Minds (TV show) and Married. The family was from Dallas, Texas with her siblings as well as her parents. Holland Roden was educated at the Hockaday School. This is a girls' private school. She belongs to a medical family background where the entire family is part of molecular biology and women studies at UCLA. Holland Roden was a pre-med student for several years, as she aspired to be a cardiothoracic surgeon. But later, she decided to enter the acting field. She then continued to play short episodes for diverse shows, including Major Crimes (Switched at Birth) as well as Switched at Birth. Two General Hospital episodes, she then played Nurse Kelsey. The year 2017 was the last time she starred in the role of Maia Roberts for the Freeform TV show Shadowhunters. Raising Dion, a Netflix show followed. She'll be starring in Palmer with Justin Timberlake.
