Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou is the youngest of four children born August 9, 1976, at Beaumont Puy of Domme. Her parents encouraged her dentist, parents and a teacher, who both were teachers in the pursuit of her desire in the theatre. It was in stark contrast with her previous desire to be a primatologist due to the fact that she loved monkeys. Her meteoric rise as an actress in her early years was swift and marked by her early successes. In 1998, after completing her studies, she was invited to be a part of Jeunes Premiers, the French TV talent-scouting programme sponsored by Canal+. She also was awarded the top Young Actress award at Beziers Festival of Young Actors. It was this that led her to embark on a professional acting career. Tautou is a pupil of her school at the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris in her youth and studied there at school she has renounced her Catholic education. Along with her acting career and modeling career, she has was also pursuing a modeling career. She is also the spokesperson for L'Oreal Mont Blanc & Chanel and is often referred to as The Chanel Muse. Photography is also her passion and she recently exhibited her work at the Arles festival in France under the name Superficial. Her work is mostly focused on celebrity and fame, and concentrates towards the reporters who sat on her following her sudden rise to stardom alongside Amelie in addition to self-portraits. Audrey Tautou rose to fame and fame with her starring part in the film Le Fabuleux by Amelie Poulain. Amelie is a huge worldwide box office smash and was a cult hit at numerous award shows around the world. Amelie was the highest-rated movie in French language productions in the US. The film's success led to a huge increase in production. Tautou went on to appear in several films, which included British dramas such as Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things and Jean-Pierre Jeunet's film Un long dimanche de fiancailles. Also, she starred with Tom Hanks in Ron Howard's The Da Vinci Code directed by Dan Brown.
